We do not carry standard products in stock.<\/p>\n<p>According to Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance 34\/2014, products manufactured according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly customized are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (see below). Returning a product without its packaging or without other packaging accessories (such as cardboard or polystyrene safety\/protective inserts) or product accessories will result in a reduction in the value of the products.<\/li>\n  <li>The shipping costs for returning the product to us are borne by the customer, including in the event of withdrawal from the contract. In cases of nonconformity upon delivery or a manufacturing defect, the method for covering shipping costs is determined on a case-by-case basis (see the sections below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13b59b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"13b59b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Excluded products, no right of return<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f1bde3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f1bde3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pursuant to Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34\/2014, the following categories of products cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-081a121 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"081a121\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n  <li>(a) products made to specifications given by the consumer or clearly personalized<\/li>\n  <li>(b) products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly<\/li>\n  <li>(c) unsealed consumables related to any of the categories of products in the offer<\/li>\n  <li>(d) sealed products which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer<\/li>\n  <li>(e) products which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other elements<\/li>\n  <li>f) unsealed audio, video recordings, or unsealed sealed computer programs<\/li>\n  <li>g) the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1044e76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1044e76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Given that most Capib orders are custom-made based on the 3D file and specifications provided by the customer, the exception in point (a) frequently applies to our products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b592d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0b592d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Free reprinting, as a goodwill gesture<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb0f9b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb0f9b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In addition to the legal protections described above, Capib offers, as a goodwill gesture and without this constituting a legal obligation, free reprinting of parts that do not meet quality expectations or have defects, regardless of whether the situation strictly falls under the warranty conditions described on this page. The decision to offer free reprinting is made on a case-by-case basis, at Capib\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-325153b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"325153b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Compliance policy on delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af7c221 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af7c221\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you have checked the product and found that it does not meet the specifications upon delivery, you must report it within 48 hours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b98dcb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b98dcb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We review every nonconformity report submitted within the first 48 hours and resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the product. If the new order is more expensive than the original one, the customer will pay the price difference.
