Furthermore, capib.ro is not obligated to reprint the item free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>What Remains Covered<\/h2>\n<p>This page pertains strictly to errors resulting from the design and specifications provided by the customer. It does not exempt capib.ro from liability for its own manufacturing defects or nonconformities at delivery caused by us (parts printed incorrectly relative to the file and specifications correctly submitted, process defects, incomplete delivery, etc.) \u2013 these remain governed by <a href=\"https:\/\/capib.ro\/3dprint\/en\/return-policy\/\">Return Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions about the printability of your file before placing your order, we recommend that you contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@capib.ro\">contact@capib.ro<\/a> before the order is completed.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Reprinting as a Business Practice<\/h2>\n<p>Even in the cases described above, where there is no legal or contractual obligation to reprint, capib.ro may decide, as a goodwill gesture and on a case-by-case basis, to offer a reprint free of charge or at a reduced cost, or to provide other solutions.
