You enter your company information, add your products or services, and the program generates a professional PDF that you can download instantly.

Can I use this quoting software instead of Excel?
Yes. Can I customize the offer with my company's logo and colors?
Yes. You can upload your company logo (PNG or JPG), and from the settings bar, choose one of the 6 colors available for the PDF: Blue, Navy, Teal, Green, Red, or Black. Company name, CUI, IBAN, address—all appear in the offer header.
How does CSV import work?
Click the „Import CSV" button or drag the file directly onto the page. The CSV can contain only products (a simple table) or complete sections: [BIDDER], [BENEFICIARY], [DETAILS], [PRODUCTS], [COMMENTS], [TERMS] — and the form will be filled out automatically. You can download a pre-filled CSV template by clicking the „?" button next to Import CSV.
Does the program calculate VAT automatically?
Yes. Enable „VAT Payer" in the settings and select the rate: 21%, 11%, 5%, 0%, or a custom value. The PDF will display the Subtotal, VAT, and Total separately. If you are not a VAT payer, disable the option and the total will appear without VAT.
Can I apply a discount to the entire order?
Yes. There are two types of discounts: individual discounts on each product row (column Disc.%) and a global discount on the entire order (in the totals section). Both are automatically reflected in the calculations and in the PDF.
Does this program also create invoices? I'm looking for a free invoicing program.
No, this program generates only price quotes (pre-sale documents). A quote is not an invoice—an invoice requires a series number and a registered sequential number, and in Romania, starting in 2024, electronic invoicing (e-Invoice) will be mandatory for B2B transactions. If you’re a sole proprietor and looking for free invoicing software for sole proprietors, we recommend dedicated solutions like SmartBill, FGO, or Facturis. Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The interface is optimized for mobile devices—the form adapts to the small screen, and the product table can be scrolled through horizontally. The PDF is generated and downloaded the same way, regardless of the device.
In what currency can I make an offer?
You can choose between RON and EUR using the currency selector. The currency will appear in all calculations and on the PDF.
Can I attach photos or documents to the bid?
Yes. The „Attached Images" section allows you to add photos (PNG/JPG) with a title and description. These appear in the final PDF and are useful for illustrating the products or services you are offering.
