Very relaxing to work with someone who cares to understand the client's need and strive for the highest quality. I have had two atypical jobs and both were done from design to print flawlessly.

THIS IS 3D Printing with Resin?

Resin 3D printing (SLA/MSLA) uses UV light to solidify a liquid polymer layer by layer - resulting in parts with microscopic detail, smooth surfaces and tolerances of 0.1-0.2 mm, impossible to achieve with conventional FDM.

What it's ideal for:
  • Visual and presentation prototypes with a flawless finish.
  • Dental models, jewelry and fine geometric pieces.
  • Parts with microscopic details and perfectly smooth surfaces.
  • Projects requiring 0.1-0.2 mm accuracy.
What you can send us:

STL, STEP, IGES, 3MF, OBJ, WRL, DXF, DWG or ZIP (up to 200 MB). We offer file verification and manufacturability analysis. Confidentiality agreements available upon request.

Why customers choose resin 3D printing:
  • Smooth surfaces straight from the printer without extensive post-processing.
  • Fine details impossible to get with other printing methods.
  • Accurate tolerances of 0.1-0.2 mm for consistent results.
  • No molding costs - ideal for one-offs and small runs.
  • Free advice on choosing the right material.

Questions frequent

Want to you put a question?
Answer — within 2 hours, or, for complex projects, within 24 hours

Hard resin printing is a high-precision SLA process in which liquid photopolymer resin is cured layer by layer using UV light. Accuracy reaches ±0.10–0.20 mm—ideal for dental models, jewelry prototypes, engineering components, and complex designs that require smooth surfaces.
We offer high-precision dental printing for crowns, bridges, surgical guides, orthodontic models, and prototypes. The hard resin ensures excellent detail and the dimensional accuracy required in professional dental processes. Files are optimized before printing to guarantee printability and a proper fit.
Yes, we specialize in resin jewelry designs with fine details, used as display pieces or as molds for casting in gold or silver using the lost-wax process. We use castable resin designed to burn cleanly during casting, ensuring precise results.
Nylon-like resin is flexible and durable, mimicking the mechanical properties of nylon—good impact resistance, flexibility, and durability. It is ideal for snap-fits, functional hinges, flexible enclosures, and parts that need to bend without breaking.
Yes, but the choice of material matters. Standard ABS-like resins offer good rigidity for prototypes and presentation models. Tough resins offer greater impact resistance. High-temperature resins can withstand temperatures up to 135°C. For maximum mechanical strength, SLS or MJF with nylon may be a better choice.
Standard SLA resins have lower moisture absorption than nylon (PA12), which is highly hygroscopic—making the resin a better choice for humid environments. However, prolonged UV exposure can cause yellowing over time—we recommend a UV-protective coating for outdoor use.
Standard SLA resins are relatively non-porous and can maintain a vacuum better than FDM or SLS/MJF parts. For demanding applications—such as suction cups, vacuum clamps, or pneumatic seals—we recommend chemical-resistant or tough resin variants, combined with post-processing sealing.
Our SLA parts achieve a precision of ±0.10–0.20 mm—often down to fractions of a millimeter—making them suitable for demanding dental, jewelry, and engineering applications. If you have critical tolerances or parts that need to be assembled, our team will recommend the appropriate settings before production.
Yes, all resin parts are cleaned and UV cured for ultimate strength, smooth surface and durability. Depending on the application, we also offer sanding, polishing and painting for a professional finish.
Common issues include warping, resin residue, or weak structures—usually caused by incorrect settings or flawed geometry. We use optimized settings, check every file before printing, and perform a visual inspection before delivery.
SLA printing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the part. For urgent requests, express options are available—contact us, and we’ll respond within 2 hours.
The dental resin is optimized for strength, precision, and biocompatibility—essential for surgical guides and orthodontic models. The jewelry resin is designed for fine details and high performance in lost-wax casting. We carry both types and recommend the one best suited for your application.
