Return within the first 14 days
Withdrawal from the contract / giving up the purchase
If you are a Individual customer, If you received the products by courier and changed your mind - you can return them within a maximum of 14 calendar days, without the need to present a specific reason and without any penalties, according to the law (O.U.G. 34/2014).
Art. 3 of O.U.G. 34/2014 mentions:
„The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.„
What you need to know, so that things can be resolved very quickly:
- We recommend that you keep the complete packaging and accessories that accompany the product. Returning a product without packaging or other packaging accessories (e.g. cardboard or polystyrene safety / protective covers) or product accessories will result in a reduction in the value of the products.
Excluded products, no right of return
(a) products made to specifications given by the consumer or clearly personalized
(b) products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
(c) unsealed consumables related to any of the categories of products in the offer
(d) sealed products which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer
(e) products which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other elements
f) unsealed audio, video recordings, or unsealed sealed computer programs
g) the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium
These exceptions apply according to Art. 16 of O.U.G. 34/2014.
Products defective on arrival (DOA -Dead on Arrival)
Products that show manufacturing defects or faults (not user-caused defects that contravene the warranty terms) reported within 48 hours of receipt will be replaced (at no other cost - subject to stock availability and provided that the product is complete package exactly as it was at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Products that may not comply with the warranty conditions will be taken under normal warranty for redirection to an authorized service for diagnosis. If a manufacturing defect is found, the return procedure will be finalized. In the event of a breach of the warranty conditions and automatically a breach of Art. 3 of O.U.G. 34/2014, the value of the product will be reduced in order to restore it to its condition at the time of delivery.
Returns by courier or mail will not be refunded. Money will be returned by bank transfer.
Compliance policy on delivery
If you have checked and find o non-conformity on delivery of the product you must notify it within 48 hours.
We will solve non-conformity problem reported within the first 48 hours exclusively at our expense (transportation costs, logistics, product replacement).
The only condition is that you return the products in exactly the same condition in which it was received, without being unsealed, used or without damaged packaging.
Return orders for legal entities:
According to the legislation in force Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals (in accordance 100% with European legislation - Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights) the consumer is any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations. Consequently a legal person cannot benefit from its provisions.
If a paid product cannot be delivered or the estimated delivery time is significantly longer than initially communicated, the customer has the following options:
- Full refund:The customer may request a refund of the amount paid for the product, which will be refunded in full to the account provided by the customer within 10 working days.
- Choosing a different product:The customer can choose to replace the ordered product with any other product available on the website. If the chosen replacement product has a higher value than the original product ordered, the customer will pay the difference in price. If the replacement product has a lower value than the original product, the difference in price will be refunded to the customer.
