The client needed a functional holder for wooden cores but didn’t have the budget or time required for an injection mold. We started with a batch of prototypes for testing, adjusted the design based on the technical feedback we received, and then moved on to mass production.
What We Delivered
- 20 prototypes for initial testing
- Optimizing the print profile after identifying a weak spot at the corners (risk of cracking)
- 150 finished pieces, customized for the client's application
- Full delivery in 2 weeks, including the feedback period
What the customer received
- Savings of at least 3,000 euros compared to the cost of an injection mold
- No additional costs for minor subsequent design changes.
- Total project cost: 2,700 lei

Design and Prototyping of a Surgical Instrument

We designed and tested a surgical instrument intended for doctors who are testing new techniques
or are training. Based on the feedback, we optimized the space around the eyes, the water flow, and
the base, maintaining the organic design.
What We Delivered
- A vacuum-assisted instrument with hollow channels for securing the eye during surgery.
- Completion within the timeframe specified by the client, as well as the complex modifications requested.

Automated welding roller
Client: Fischer Robotics & Engineering GmbH
We designed a solution for the automated welding of large cylinders, pipes, and tanks, complete with drawings and manufacturing plans, tolerances for each part, and instructions for finishing and welding.

- Selecting the motor, bearings, and steel grade for the mounting bracket
- Set of 10 individual parts (excluding motor, gearbox, and fasteners)
- Load simulations for the wheel shaft and the components under load
