Before any part is produced, there is a CAD file. We take your idea, a sketch or a defective part and turn it into a 3D model ready for 3D printing, CNC milling or injection molding. You receive your first model within 48 hours. Every order includes a free 3D printed prototype to check the fit and make any changes
Sketches, photos or physical part, key dimensions (gauge), how to mount and which material you prefer. Already have an STL/STEP? Send it in - we'll check it and correct it if necessary.

Our in-house FDM service offers express delivery within 24h (standard ~3 business days). SLA, SLS and MJF are typically ~2 weeks depending on part size, finish and part volume.
Choose FDM for fast, economical iterations and robust functional parts. Opt for SLA when you need fine surfaces, precise details or ready-to-paint parts. Use SLS/MJF for tough nylon parts, complex geometries and test runs with precision and uniform finish.
Upload the 3D file via our Instant Quote program (STL, OBJ,STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, 3MF, ZIP; up to the 200 MB). Make sure the model is watertight, scaled in millimeters, and specify the end order critical dimensions, threads or pre-fit areas.
Typical prototype accuracy is a few tenths of a millimeter, depending on material, geometry and orientation - tighter tolerances generally favor SLA. If you have critical tolerances or parts that assemble, let us know and we can recommend the right material or technology.
Yes - options include sanding, priming/painting, inserts, threading, base assembly and sealing where applicable. Let us know your intended use (exposure, application, if used outdoors or high temperatures) and we'll recommend the right finish and material.

Yes. We offer CAD design, reverse engineering and 3D scanning. Send us photos, dimensions or a reference part and we create the production-ready CAD file (STEP/IGES) and the printable file becomes your property.
Yes - the files are securely managed, we frequently work under a non-disclosure agreement and share them internally only for the production of your order. We can sign your NDA contract or provide our own.
