capib.ro („We,” „the Company”) — the brand operated by DRAGAN PREMIUM REAL ESTATE, LLC., CUI 54035113, Commercial Registry No. J2026011866006, with its registered office in the city of Bistrița, 23 Busuiocului Street, Bistrita-Nasaud County — sets forth below the terms and conditions regarding liability for 3D-printed parts manufactured based on the files and specifications you have provided.
This page applies exclusively to 3D printing orders produced based on the 3D file (STL/STEP/other format) submitted by the customer. capib.ro does not design the part (unless you have purchased a separate CAD design service)—we manufacture exactly what you have sent us.
Responsibility for the submitted file and design
The 3D file and print specifications (material, tolerances, wall thickness, orientation, infill, support type, etc.) submitted by the customer remain entirely the customer’s responsibility. capib.ro performs the printing according to the data received and does not, by default, conduct a complete engineering validation of the design—we only verify the minimum technical aspects of printability identified during the dimensioning stage (e.g., serious geometric errors that prevent slicing).
If the part fails during printing or the final result does not meet your expectations due to design errors—such as inappropriate tolerances, walls that are too thin for the chosen material, structurally unsupported geometry, incorrect dimensions, a material choice unsuitable for the part’s function, or other errors originating from the file or specifications provided by the customer—the responsibility for such failure lies solely with the customer.
In these situations, capib.ro is not responsible for any printing failure, and the cost of the order will not be refunded. Furthermore, capib.ro is not obligated to reprint the item free of charge.
What Remains Covered
This page pertains strictly to errors resulting from the design and specifications provided by the customer. It does not exempt capib.ro from liability for its own manufacturing defects or nonconformities at delivery caused by us (parts printed incorrectly relative to the file and specifications correctly submitted, process defects, incomplete delivery, etc.) – these remain governed by Return Policy.
If you have any questions about the printability of your file before placing your order, we recommend that you contact us at contact@capib.ro before the order is completed.
Reprinting as a Business Practice
Even in the cases described above, where there is no legal or contractual obligation to reprint, capib.ro may decide, as a goodwill gesture and on a case-by-case basis, to offer a reprint free of charge or at a reduced cost, or to provide other solutions. This decision remains strictly at the discretion of capib.ro and does not constitute a precedent or an obligation for future orders.
Thank you for your understanding.
