Small-batch production / One-off parts refers to runs of 10 to 500 units—ideal for production trials, limited releases, or restocking without waiting for injection molds. You get consistent quality and predictable lead times, without large upfront investments.

Small-batch production involves runs of 10 to 500 units—ideal for production pilots, limited releases, or on-demand replacement parts. You get consistent quality and predictable lead times, without the need for investments in molds or specialized tools.

Can I order just a single item?+

Yes, we also produce one-off items. The minimum order is 50 lei. This is ideal for prototypes, replacement parts, or custom components that do not require mass production.

What technologies do you use for small batches?+

FDM — cost-effective production of functional parts in ASA, PETG, ABS, or PA6. SLA — parts with fine details for enclosures and display components. SLS / MJF — wear-resistant nylon parts for clamps, hinges, snap-fits, and jigs.

How long does a small-batch order take?+

Express FDM — 24 hours; standard ~3 business days. SLA — 3–7 business days. SLS / MJF — 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive the exact delivery time before confirming your order.

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?+

Yes, the unit price decreases as the quantity increases. Our ordering system automatically calculates the volume discount—see the price instantly before confirming your order.

What file formats do you accept for production?+

We accept STL, STEP, IGES, 3MF, OBJ, WRL, DXF, DWG, or ZIP files (up to 200 MB). We check the file and assess its manufacturability before production—basic repairs are included.

Can I produce different versions of the same product?+

Yes, 3D printing allows for variations in size, shape, or color without the need for retooling. Each variation is produced using the same process, with no additional setup costs.

How can I make sure the parts are compliant?+

We routinely check for flatness and fit during assembly. Upon request, we provide detailed dimensional inspection. If a part does not meet specifications, we will remanufacture it free of charge.

Do you provide a sample before producing the entire batch?+

Yes, we provide a free sample within 72 hours. We will confirm the specifications with you, and then we will begin production of the full batch only after you have approved it.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?+

Yes—files are securely managed and shared internally solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. We can sign your NDA or provide you with ours.

When is 3D printing a better option than injection molding?+

3D printing is more cost-effective for runs of fewer than 500 units—no tooling costs, no large minimum order quantities, and delivery in days, not weeks. For orders over 500 units, injection molding becomes more cost-effective on a per-unit basis.

Do you also offer finishing or assembly services?+

Yes—options include sanding, painting, inlays, threading, and basic assembly. Tell us what you plan to use it for, and we’ll recommend the right finish.
