We have successfully completed several 3D modeling engineering projects with various practical applications and simulations based on 3D models.
We have successfully designed assemblies for various industries including:

- Metallurgical industry and automation of manufacturing and welding processes.
Automated welding roll for Fischer Robotics & Engineering.
We developed a solution for welding large cylinders, pipes and tanks for Fischer Robotics & Engineering GmbH.
Our tasks included choosing the motor, bearings and steel grade for the assembly support. The customer was given several options to choose from, depending on budget.
The assembly consists of ten individual parts with the exception of the motor, gearbox and fasteners.
Finally, we made sure that the product received renderings and animations for appropriate marketing solutions, as well as a presentation video for marketing purposes.
We have designed complete fabrication drawings and blueprints with tolerances for each individual part, with surface finish notes and welding instructions. We have also carried out load simulations for wheel shafts and other highly stressed parts.

Wood splitting machine with tractor attachment in collaboration with the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
The main objective of this project was to design and improve a hydraulically driven wood splitter for tractor.
The main objective was to design a horizontal tractor-driven wood splitting machine with 3-point tractor attachment.
We also performed load analysis and calculations for the choice of the hydraulic cylinder.
