FDM — Fused Deposition Modeling

The fastest and most affordable technology for functional automotive parts—assembly tools, jigs, and prototypes. Tolerance: ±0.25–0.30 mm, ready in 24 hours (express service). Materials: ABS, PA6, PETG.

SLA — Stereolithography

Pure UV resin, smooth surfaces, and precise details—ideal for design prototypes, components with tight tolerances, or aesthetic parts. Tolerance: ±0.10–0.20 mm; delivery in 5–10 business days.

SLS — Selective Laser Sintering

Nylon parts, without supports, suitable for complex geometries and interconnected assemblies. High mechanical strength—the right choice for functional parts subjected to real-world stress. Tolerance ±0.20–0.30 mm.

MJF — Multi Jet Fusion

Sintered nylon with a uniform finish and consistent mechanical properties in all directions. Faster production times than traditional SLS—ideal for small batches of functional automotive parts.

Plastic Injection Molding (Test Mold)

You validate the design and material in small-volume production before investing in a production mold. Useful for aftermarket parts or automotive accessories that are about to go into production.
